Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing various duties related to driving the truck, communicating with customers and the scheduler, leading your crew, completing all daily jobs. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Duties:

• Operate truck and navagate to daily jobs.
• Communicate clearly and effectivly with customers, scheduler and team members.
• Organize and load junk/funiture etc. into dump truck and dispose of or recycle it safely.
• Lead your team.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have some experience in the junk removal and dumpster rental industry.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a truck(no CDL required).
• Must have a good knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in light demolition.
• Must have a good work ethic and good communication skills.
